Meet Elmer Zambrano, Web Developer

We are excited to introduce Elmer Zambrano.  He is a web developer and Senior Shopify Developer on our Creative team! 

Elmer is an experienced front-end developer with 6 years of experience working with Shopify.  He brings his enthusiasm for new technologies and creativity into all his BOLD projects. Elmer is dedicated to learning and discovering new tools to apply in each development and task.

He says he joined BOLD because he is "seeking new challenges and looking forward to using my skills and knowledge to this team, and keep improving myself with this opportunity."

What's the first thing you ever bought on Amazon.com? What does that say about you?
A lot of  years ago I bought a Nvidia GPU. That actually says a lot about me, as I like technology, gaming, and everything related to that.

What is that one song that's the soundtrack to your life? If you're not a music lover, what's your favorite book?
Right Here, Right Now by Fatboy Slim. It's a song that reminds me a lot of my childhood, when I listened to electronic music. Today it reminds me that all we have is the present, like the song's title: "Right here right now." We have to take chances and make choices.

Where would you go if you could hop on a plane without worrying about expenses?
South Korea is definitely a place that I want to know, probably because recently I've been watching a lot of South Korean shows and series. As a second choice, I would choose the Netherlands, specifically for Tomorrowland events. 

I'm happiest when I'm...
When I'm surrounded by my family and loved ones, but also when I reach goals that I have set for myself, specifically ones that I thought were impossible to do.
 
People would be surprised to know that...
I used to make electronic music as a hobby.
