Sam's Club Launches Sales and Media Performance Dashboard in MAP

Sam's Club has announced the launch of its new Media and Sales Performance Dashboard, an integrated tool that tracks media campaign performance within Sam's Club Member Access Platform (MAP).

For the first time, this dashboard combines Sam's Club MAP campaign metrics with Sam’s Club sales performance, offering advertisers a centralized hub to monitor the influence of media on business outcomes. According to a press release from Walmart, the offering consolidates self-service options for both Sponsored Product Ads and Display campaigns alongside sales performance metrics, all in a user-friendly interface.

The key features of the Media and Sales Performance Dashboard include:

Seamless Integration: The dashboard integrates with Sam's Club's point-of-sale platform (known as MADRID), providing advertisers and merchants with a unified platform for tracking sales and campaign performance.

Visibility and In-Flight Optimization: Advertisers gain access to critical performance metrics, including item sales, new buyers, in-club attribution from search, and total ad-attributed sales, allowing for real-time adjustments to maximize campaign impact.

Deeper Member Insights: Advertisers will have immediate access to member insights, including household reach, purchase channels, and new buyer metrics for Sponsored Product Ads.

Measurement Confidence: Sam's Club MAP offers incrementality measurement based on Circana’s methodology, providing third-party validation for in-flight optimization decisions.

It gives advertisers access to performance metrics, enabling them to optimize campaigns while they are still in flight, driving stronger business outcomes," said Lex Josephs, Vice President and General Manager of Sam's Club MAP, in a statement.

Sam’s Club says the Media and Sales Performance Dashboard will be available to select advertising partners and will onboard more in the coming months.
