NEWS: Darcy Ramler Appointed as New BOLD CEO, Founder Transitions to Executive Chairman

BOLD is excited to announce a major leadership transition. Darcy Ramler, our current Chief Revenue Officer, will be promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer. Our founder and outgoing CEO Allan Peretz will transition to Executive Chairman.

Peretz reflected on the transition, “Darcy has been a pivotal figure in BOLD's impressive journey. Ramler, known for her transformative leadership in major apparel companies and her significant contributions to growth at Walmart, Target, and other major retailers, brings extensive expertise in commerce strategy to her new role. Her unique perspective and proven success in business expansion are set to propel BOLD’s growth trajectory further.

Ramler's appointment marks a significant milestone as the first CEO transition in the company's history.  As Executive Chairman, Peretz will work closely with leadership on strategic priorities.
