Welcome Karla White - Senior Director, Ops

Bold Retail is proud to welcome Karla White to our team as the Senior Director of Team Operations! Karla, who most recently managed Human Resources at Advantage Sales and Marketing, brings a wealth of experience across a number of organizations, both big and small. We wanted to go beyond her credentials to learn a bit more about her personally - here's what she had to say...

What's your home town?

La Russell, Missouri. A small town between Joplin and Springfield. Northwest Arkansas has been my home for over 25 years.

Why did you decide to join Bold Retail?

I previously worked with Allan and have witnessed first hand his dedication to the business, the clients and the people who work with him. His passion and integrity are inspiring. Having now met Lisa and Horacio, I know that this is a company that's going places. I am excited to be a part of this growing team.

What's the first thing you ever bought on Amazon.com? What does that say about you?

A personal folding hand truck. This says I am a Mom wanting to take care of her daughter who was going to her first band camp at the U of A and needed a way to easily transport her French Horn across campus. It worked beautifully, by the way.

Dauphin Island, AL

"I'm happiest when I'm..." 

At the beach….my favorite place, Dauphin Island, AL. I LOVE the beach – all of it. The ocean and the way it smells, the sound of the waves crashing, the sand, watching the dolphins, the sunrise and sunset…I could go on and on.

"People would be surprised to know that..."

I never played basketball or volleyball even though I am six feet tall.
