Meet Milagros Carregal, Sr. Visual & UX/UI Designer

We are excited to welcome Milagros Carregal to the BOLD team as a Senior Visual & UX/UI Designer.

Milagros has a deep knowledge of developing comprehensive and impactful brand experiences, narratives, and reporting solutions by combining UX and UI design expertise with Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe XD skills.

She says she joined our team because the position "offers a chance for me to contribute my skills, expand and enhance my design expertise and engage in exciting projects with the team."

 Here's a bit more about Milagros in her own words...

What's the first thing you ever bought on Amazon.com? What does that say about you?
My initial Amazon purchase was a pair of tennis shoes, which accurately reflects my passion for the sport. I am constantly striving to improve my skills and knowledge of the game. 

What is that one song that's the soundtrack to your life? If you're not a music lover, what's your favorite book?
I am definitely a music lover, as I cannot understand life without music. In my household, music serves as the backdrop for daily life, playing throughout the day. The soundtrack of my life is undoubtedly "Keep Moving" by Jungle, my all-time favorite band. The song's energetic and optimistic sound immediately captures my attention. The lyrics of the song resonate with me on a personal level, emphasizing the importance of embracing who we are and navigating life's challenges with positivity.

Where would you go if you could hop on a plane without worrying about expenses?
If given the opportunity to travel anywhere, I would undoubtedly choose Japan. Japanese culture has always fascinated me, and I am deeply drawn to its unique aesthetics. Another destination that has always piqued my interest is New York City. I’ve never been there, but I can feel through movies the vibrant energy and cultural richness that the iconic city has. 

I'm happiest when I'm...
I'm happiest when surrounded by my loved ones, including my family, friends, and partner. It's the little moments that bring me the most joy, such as attending concerts, discovering a new movie or series that I absolutely love, or stumbling upon an interview with someone I greatly admire.
